When:  Friday, October 25, 2019. Lunch at 11:30; Shotgun Start at 12:30pm
Where:  Meadowcreek Golf Course

Includes 18 holes with cart, range balls, sleeve of golf balls, and sandwich from The Market at Tiger Fuel for each player.  Each team receives a sign to be displayed on course with corporate logo or other team name.  
Prizes for winning foursome and Timbercreek Turkeys will be awarded for Longest Drive and Closest to the Pin.
Charlee Luck gift certificate awarded for Tackiest Golf Pants.
All proceeds benefit the Angel Fund at Charlottesville Day School.

Team and Sponsor Registration

Please provide Team/Sponsor name and identify four players and sandwich choices.  If you do not yet know your team's four players, please indicate TBD where appropriate.   


 Sandwich choices include: 

Farmington - smoked turkey | bacon | havarti | cole slaw | lettuce | tomato | herb mayonnaise | french bread  

Montpelier - roast beef | cheddar | lettuce | tomato | horseradish | mayonnaise | french bread  

Ivy - carrots | avocado | cucumbers | lettuce | tomato | sprouts | herb mayonnaise | french bread.
